Inviting another guardian

Any guardian of a student can invite another adult — a co-parent, grandparent, or caregiver — to become a guardian of that student too. Each guardian gets their own account, their own wallet, and can place their own orders.

Sending an invitation

  1. Go to My Students (click your name in the top-right corner).
  2. Find the student and choose to invite a guardian.
  3. Enter the person's email address and send.

They'll receive an email invitation valid for 14 days. If it expires, just send another. You'll get an email when they accept.

A few rules: you can't invite someone who is already a guardian of that student, and you can't invite yourself.

What the other guardian can do

Once they accept, they can view the student, place their own orders from their own wallet, and invite further guardians. For how ordering works between co-guardians, see Sharing a student with another guardian.
