Sharing a student with another guardian
When a student has more than one guardian, each guardian has their own account and their own wallet. Here's how that works in practice.
Orders are per-guardian
Each guardian orders independently and pays from their own wallet. Once one guardian has ordered a given day for a student, that day is locked for the other guardians — you can't change or override each other's selections. If you need to change a day someone else ordered, ask them to update it (or contact the school).
Who gets which emails
- Reminders (window open, closing soon) go to every guardian.
- Order confirmations go only to the guardian who placed the order.
- Refunds always go back to the wallet of the guardian who placed the order, and the refund amount appears in their email.
Money is never shared
There are no joint wallets. Each guardian tops up and spends their own balance. If your family prefers one person to handle all ordering, simply have that person place the orders.
