Accepting a guardian invitation

Someone invited you to be a guardian of a student? Click the link in the invitation email.

If you're new here

You'll be asked for your name and a password (at least 8 characters). That's it — your account is created, you're signed in, and the student appears under My Students. You can start ordering after adding funds to your wallet.

If you already have an account

Sign in when prompted (make sure you sign in with the same email address the invitation was sent to), then confirm. The student is added to your My Students list alongside any you already have.

If the link doesn't work

Invitations expire after 14 days — ask the person who invited you to send a new one. If you see a message that the invitation isn't valid, the link may have been cut off in the email; try copying the whole link into your browser.
