Getting a refund to your card or bank
If you'd like your wallet balance returned to your original payment method — for example, at the end of the year or if you're leaving the school — contact your school's administrator. Refunds to cards and bank accounts are initiated by the school; there's no self-service button.
What happens next
- The administrator starts the refund. Your wallet balance is set aside immediately (it will show as withdrawn from your wallet).
- You'll receive an email with a link where you can review the payments being refunded. If your balance came from more than one payment, you can choose which payment gets refunded first.
- If you don't respond within 7 days, the refund is processed automatically to your most recent payment method.
Refunds can only go back to payments you actually made through the site — amounts credited by the school directly (adjustments, courtesy credits) can't be sent to a card and are handled by the school separately.
Once processed, allow several business days for the money to appear, depending on your card issuer or bank.
