Questions about lunches, menus, or your account

Contact your school's lunch program administrator — for menu questions, ordering deadlines, account changes, refunds, or anything about your student. The school's contact email and phone number appear in the footer of every page.

Problems with the website itself

If something on the site isn't working — you can't sign in, a page won't load, a payment looks wrong — use the tech support contact on the Help page.

When reporting a problem, it helps to include what you were trying to do, what happened instead, and roughly what time it occurred.
