Resetting your password

If you can't sign in

1. Click "Forgot your password?" on the sign-in page.
2. Enter your email address.
3. Check your email for a reset link and follow it to choose a new password.

The reset link expires after 24 hours. If it expires, just request a new one.

For security, the page shows the same message whether or not an account exists for the email you enter — so double-check that you used the email address your school has on file.

If you're already signed in

You can change your password from My Account (click your name in the top-right corner). You'll need your current password.
