Passkeys

A passkey lets you sign in with your device's fingerprint, face recognition, or PIN — no password to type. Passkeys are stored by your device or password manager and work in most modern browsers.

Registering a passkey

  1. Go to My Account (click your name in the top-right corner).
  2. In the Passkeys section, click to add a passkey and confirm your password.
  3. Follow your browser's prompt (fingerprint, face, or PIN).
  4. Give the passkey a name so you can recognize it later (for example, "iPhone" or "Work laptop").

You can register up to 5 passkeys.

Signing in

On the sign-in page, use the passkey button and approve on your device — you don't even need to type your email.

Removing a passkey

Delete a passkey from My Account; you'll be asked for your password to confirm. Note that if an administrator resets your two-factor authentication, your passkeys are removed as part of that reset and you'll need to register them again.
