Optional emails

Four kinds of email are optional, and each can be turned off individually:

• Ordering is open — sent when a new month's schedule is published
• Order reminders — one email, sent 5pm on the Wednesday before ordering closes, plus any extra reminder an administrator sends to families who haven't ordered. Turning this off also stops the unsubmitted-order nudge below, since both are deadline mail
• Morning class list — for teachers, the daily class lunch email
• Weekly summary — the Sunday recap of the week ahead

Every optional email has an Unsubscribe link at the bottom. Clicking it takes you to your preference page, where you can switch each email type on or off. Most email apps also support one-click unsubscribe directly from the message.

Emails that can't be turned off

Receipts, refund notices, day-cancellation notices, account and security emails, and invitations are always sent — they contain information you need about your account or your money.

If you're not receiving emails at all, check your spam folder first, then contact your school's administrator to verify the address on your account.
